Frances O'Connor
 Frances O'connor is a part owner of Gordon Hulme Ltd. and holds her Level 3 General Insurance License as well as her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker certification and her Canadian Insurance Professional designation. Frances worked at Gordon Hulme Ltd. in the early '80's after moving to BC from the prairies. In 1987 she became a part owner and has since emjoyed specializing in personal lines and automobile insurance as well as accounting and administration duties over the past 19 years.
Frances prides herself on prompt, professional service with a smile and believes nothing takes the place of real people and genuine, old fashioned service! You'll never get her 'voice mail'! Frances enjoys living in North Saanich and is proud to make the Peninsula her home.
