Linda has been a licensed Realtor with Gordon Hulme Realty Ltd. Since 1995, having previously been the owner/manager of Diamond Realty in Swift Current, SK for a number of years. Linda’s duties consisted of managing staff, overseeing legal documentation, bank accounts and bookkepping. She attributes her success in real estate to the fact that she loves her work, has a sincere interest in her clients needs, and works hard to deliver “good old fashioned service”. She is trustworthy, enthusiastic, friendly and most importantly….she listens! Linda’s keen interpersonal skills were instrumental in her achieving a diploma in counseling in the mid ‘90’s.
Linda enjoys dealing with buyers and sellers from all walks of life, but favours seniors and first-time home buyers. Her conscientious manner and dedicated, loyal service has evolved a clientele created from referrals from past clients, their families, and friends.
The real estate industry is forever changing and affords Linda the opportunity to keep abreast with continuing education, Victoria Real Estate Board seminars, and sales meetings in order to better serve her clientele.
